Large Front Room
This bright airy room is available for hire during the daytime or in the evening, and is suitable for a variety of occasions, including birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, wakes etc.
Basic Room Hire: £15 per hour (waived for major functions, parties, fundraisers etc)
Minimum hire period 3 hours
Capacity: 30-40 people
Optional Extras:
- Tea & Coffee: £2 per cup, or an up front payment of £50 for unlimited hot drinks
- Bar Service: from £15 per hour
- Catering: from £10 per head
Small Front Room
This smaller room is available for hire during the daytime or in the evening, and is suitable for smaller social gatherings, meetings etc
Basic Room Hire: £5 per hour
Minimum hire period 3 hours
Capacity: 15-20 people
Optional Extras:
- Tea & Coffee: £2 per cup, or an up front payment of £50 for unlimited hot drinks
- Catering: from £10 per head
Upstairs Room
This spacious upstairs room is available for hire during the daytime or in the evening, and is suitable for large meetings etc. Please note there are no bar facilities in the building on this floor.

The main bar and back room is available for private hire during the daytime or in the evening, and is suitable for large gatherings, wakes etc.
Basic Room Hire: £20 per hour (waived for major functions, parties, fundraisers etc)
Minimum hire period 3 hours
Capacity: 70-100 people
Optional Extras:
- Tea & Coffee: £2 per cup, or an up front payment of £50 for unlimited hot drinks
- Bar Service: from £15 per hour
